No business is perfect, but how imperfections are handled says a lot about the business. I have used EPalengke for my wet market supply needs a number of times now. They started with very few goods/produce but I’ve seen the additions in their inventory just over these last couple of weeks. I’ve experienced a couple of deliveries turning out not complete, but they are quick to respond and make adjustments - great customer service! It’s good timing that they relaunched their website during this quarantine period. I hope they will continue even when the lockdown ends, as I will surely still avail of their services. "Yes po. My first time to try. I was hesitant at first kasi if you are very adept at going to the wet market, you would rather be on sight to pick the freshest produce. But the cue and pandemonium at our markets have been terrible during the lockdown, so I said let me try. Aba nagulat ako, the next day delivery, ang ganda ng mga gulay, at ang isda and fresh din :) at hindi nalalayo ang presyo sa palengke, so if you minus your gas, your pagod and inconvenience, this is it na :)"
